The online yoga classes consist of small groups of 2 to max. 4 participants, which enables me to cater to the individual needs of the participants and to ensure precise alignment.

Each yoga class is individually prepared by me so that the content alternates and a variety of topics are covered with regard to asanas ( physical exercises ), pranayama ( breathing techniques ) and meditation. The classes are orientated to the specific focus of the participants. The spectrum ranges from dynamic and powerful to more calm and meditative classes. Individual lessons are of course also possible.
