The journey with the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

It is my luck that I was able to deepen the explanations of Patanjali's yoga sutras during my yoga teacher training. Through various meditation practices, I have chosen the Sutras of Patanjali and have the wish ever since, to spread them into the world in my own way. I try to differentiate the sutras in a lively manner in order to present Patanjali's knowledge in our time and the questions it raises. I have decided to present the 196 sutras in three languages in order to serve many people and at the same time be an inspiration.

The aim is to find a way out of the difficulties of human suffering.

For centuries, people have wanted to avoid suffering and live in peace. As soon as we turn our gaze inwards and take a closer look at the foundations of emotions and the law of mental activity, we start to ask questions,to which we initially receive no answers.

We are beginning to want understand the human spirit better. What is this being

that sometimes serves us by giving us the right answers at the right time, but also often confuses us by giving us seemingly appropriate wrong answers? It is the being that feeds on our experiences and serves us with memories. Is it the spirit, “the mind”, the brain? or our self?

Let's compare our trueself to a sail. If it is set correctly, it supports us on our journey. But if it is tossed to and fro by the wind of events, we are at its mercy and thus at the mercy of the course of events around us.

So take the sails into your own hands and free yourself from all the suffering. Use this knowledge from Patanjali and move towards freedom, peace and the -

Who you actually are and why you are here.

Yoga Videos:

The creation of my videos in the form of yoga sequences, the Sutras of Patanjali should be presented to you in a very practical way, so that we can involve our body right from the beginning. Because the well-being of our body is also crucial for engaging with the knowledge of Patanjali.

The first sutra of Patanjal reads: atha yogánusanam

and means: Now, begin yoga.

So start now. Start with the first video, the first sutra of Patanjali.

I hope you enjoy it. More videos will follow.
