As the training programmes can be as varied as the requests we have, virtual teaching has proven to be very successful. Of course, there is no substitute for face-to-face classes, but working virtually gives you other spatial possibilities and sometimes makes it easy to book a yoga or fitness class from home, in your own garden, in the great outdoors, on holiday on the Costa Blanca ;) and to exercise under guidance in your favourite place. And of course it is also possible to arrange the lessons personally if you are on holiday near Los Montesinos or even live here.
This keeps your training varied and highly effective.

Fascia training
Fascia - our body's connective tissue ( see "learn more" ), often tends to stick together if we have put too much strain on the body through poor nutrition, insufficient fluid intake, stress, one-sided strain and injuries. This can result in feelings of tension or even restricted mobility and a reduction in our quality of life. This can be remedied.
Through flowing, harmonious movements between tension and relaxation, between strength, elasticity and looseness, the right stimuli are set to achieve greater freedom from discomfort, resilience and suppleness. Following this exercise unit, we refine this method with a subsequent massage using the Black Roll (fascia roll).
Faszienmassage ( Myofascial Release ) - zur Zeit nicht möglich / oder auf Anfrage
Die Faszienmassage ist eine manuelle Behandlungsform um genau dieses Gewebe anzusprechen. Hierbei wird durch Druckstimulation versucht Verhärtungen und Veränderungen der Kollagenenfasern zu behandeln und zu lösen. Durch die Behandlung des Fasziengewebes versuche ich ausgleichend auf den Gesamtorganismus einzuwirken und ihm zu neuer Balance und Vitalität zu verhelfen. Dies erfolgt mit oder ohne Hilfsmittel.
Dem Fasziensystem wurde bisher in der Manuellen Therapie nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit eingeräumt. Mit Myofascial Release werden die dreidimensionalen, unseren Körper durchwebenden Fasziensysteme gezielt und differenziert behandelt. Die Beweglichkeit und Verschiebbarkeit des Bindegewebes wird verbessert, Gelenke werden entlastet, blockierte Gelenke lösen sich, und der Körper wird wieder schmerzfrei.
Fascia massage ( myofascial release )
Fascia massage is a manual form of treatment to address precisely this tissue. Pressure stimulation is used to treat and release hardening and changes in the collagen fibres. By treating the fascial tissue, I try to have a balancing effect on the entire organism and help it to regain balance and vitality. This is done with or without aids.
The fascial system has previously received little attention in manual therapy. With Myofascial Release, the three-dimensional fascial systems that weave through our body are treated in a targeted and differentiated manner. The mobility and mobility of the connective tissue is improved, joints are relieved, blocked joints are released and the body becomes pain-free again.

Back training - Back - Active
To prevent and treat non-specific back pain, I will work with you to develop a holistic back training programme based on your spine as part of a whole-body posture concept. The body must constantly reorient, balance and adapt. Through the holistic aspect of back training using the deep muscles and the outer muscles, I will help you to achieve a strong and healthy back.
Pilates
Pilates training is now an integral part of the course programme. Joseph Pilates' holistic approach challenges body and mind in equal measure. A balanced programme of strengthening and stretching exercises improves posture and the connection between body and mind, deepens body awareness and leads to a new body awareness.
Relaxation / Active against stress and burnout
With the help of an analysis of your personal life goals, habits and personal life balance, I will show you ways to combat stress and burnout. Complementary relaxation exercises and mental training will help you to achieve clarity and inner peace in stressful life situations.
Nutrition counselling
I will help you to change your diet in the long term using simple methods. I don't want you to go without or make any sacrifices, but to enjoy changing to a new diet. Perhaps your goal is to lose weight, become fitter in everyday life and/or live more health-consciously. We will clarify all this in a nutritional consultation:

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is the yoga of body and energy. Through the different practices of Hatha Yoga, your body, mind and soul are addressed and your thoughts come to rest. Through the various physical exercises (asanas), which I customise for you, I help you to counteract your ailments and give you a completely new body awareness so that you are pain-free. Through correct, precise instruction you will experience the power and healing of the asanas. It is important for me to mention that every person is an individual and has their own physical characteristics. This is why some people are unable to perform the lotus position without difficulty, while others find it easier to practise. My way of teaching is therefore not based on a rigid alignment principle, but adapts to your body accordingly.
Vinyasa Yoga
Here I will guide you through a flow by building up successive asanas ( physical exercises ), which will lead you through the synchronisation of breath and movement, i.e. one movement per breath. In contrast to Hatha Yoga, the asanas are always taught on one side, so that the other side follows through an intermediate sequence ( Vinyasa ). After we have worked our body towards the climax of an asana, we enjoy this posture, observe, breathe into any blockages, feel, relax and switch to balance. This means that every demanding effect requires subsequent balancing and integration. This allows the body to relax and let go again.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a technique of deep relaxation and conscious sleep. Also known as yogic sleep, it is a consciously induced mental sleep that brings body, mind and soul into a state of conscious rest. Yoga Nidra is achieved through mindfulness, energy directing, body scans and visualisations.
