Who I am
I am a certified medical fitness trainer, who has specialised in supporting people in health sports and cover an important area in preventive health training. I have been teaching for many years in the areas of: Dance, aerobics, back training, spinal gymnastics, and classical workout, as well as fascia training and Pilates since 2013. My long experience of yoga brought me closer to happiness, health and contentment. This paved the way for me to become an inspiration for others in yoga too. Find out more under Training offers.
